UNITED KINGDOM supreme court says merchant not to blame for actions associated with employee with grudge
The UK’s greatest court has ruled that will Morrisons should not be held responsible for the criminal act of the employee with a grudge that leaked the payroll information of about 100, 000 users of staff.
The supermarket group introduced a supreme court problem in an attempt to overturn previous decision which gave the approval for compensation claims by a large number of employees in whose personal details were submitted to the internet.
