After receiving the confirmation, you may open facebook freely using your phone. Please note that it is only applicable to stock browser by opening http://m.facebook.com. Opening other links will charge you with regular browsing rates.
If you are using a smartphone (ex. android phones) prevent other apps from accessing the net by using a firewall (only applicable to rooted phones in android), disable background data sync, since most apps with network permission automatically access the net if you enable mobile data connection, and of course never open apps with network permission (ads supported, etc..). Well, you don’t want these apps accessing the net while you browse FB for free, ‘coz it won’t be free anymore.. 😀
